Joseph has been an attorney for more than 40 years, practicing in Lincoln, Rhode Island. He has a substantial real estate and lending practice which includes title services, residential and commercial closings, title insurance, Superior Court title clearing, loan documentation, enforcing rights under loan documents after default (foreclosing, evictions and obtaining deficiency judgments), landlord/tenant, and condominium law. Joseph’s practice also includes commercial transactions, organizing corporations and LLCs, estate planning, probate and mediation. He has served as a Superior Court Appointed Title Counsel as well as a Superior Court Appointed Commissioner to resolve real estate disputes. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and is an active member of the Title Standards and Practices Committee. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree magna cum laude from Boston University School of Management and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. Alex joined the office as an attorney in 2011. His practice includes real estate services, where he is well versed in residential transaction. Alex also provides foreclosure and eviction services to his lender/landlord clientele. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University Questrom School of Business in 2008, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2011. Sam joined the firm as a law clerk until he became an attorney in 2020. Sam practices predominantly in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, loan documentation, estate planning, and probate administration. He received his B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business in 2016 and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2019. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and is an active member of the Title Standards and Practices Committee. He is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
